Recently, we visited their production workshop and documented the entire production process of PS plate self-adhesive labels, experiencing the fusion of technology and craftsmanship.

Xinsen Packaging's production workshop is orderly, and standardized operating procedures demonstrate its professional strength. The PS plate self-adhesive label printing process is meticulous, involving six core stages from initial preparation to final molding, each step embodying the rigor and focus of Xinsen's employees.


The first step is design and plate-making, which directly determines the label's appearance. The design team, combining client needs and industry standards, completes the graphic, color, and size design, including bleed areas. Technicians output the graphics to film, expose it with the PS plate, and then perform developing and fixing processes to achieve oil-water separation. The entire process is professionally controlled to ensure accurate printing and clear images.

The second step is raw material selection and pretreatment. Xinsen Packaging selects environmentally friendly self-adhesive substrates and uses environmentally friendly adhesives with significantly reduced VOC emissions that meet food contact standards. After rigorous testing, the raw materials are pretreated using specialized equipment to remove impurities and adjust tension, laying the foundation for printing.


The third step is the core PS plate printing process. Staff install the substrate and PS plate onto the printing press, precisely setting the printing parameters and using the oil-water separation principle to achieve image transfer. Technicians monitor the entire process, adjusting parameters promptly to ensure uniform label color, clear images, and no defects such as missing prints or ghosting.


The fourth step is post-processing, offering customized services such as lamination, hot stamping, and die-cutting according to client needs. Lamination enhances label durability, hot stamping elevates the premium feel, and die-cutting ensures precise shaping to specified dimensions. Xinsen Packaging is equipped with specialized equipment to guarantee precise and efficient post-processing, meeting diverse needs.


The fifth step is quality inspection. Inspectors employ a combination of fully automated and manual methods to comprehensively test label dimensions, color, adhesion, and other indicators. Substandard products are destroyed, ensuring a product pass rate of over 99.9%, upholding our quality commitment.


The sixth step is finished product packaging and shipping. Qualified labels are packaged in rolls or sheets according to customer requirements, with proper moisture and dust protection. A traceability system is established for precise delivery, ensuring comprehensive service quality control.
